The rooms here are updated and look fresh, they've got a TV, microwave, and a fridge - everything you need. This place is in a sweet spot, just a short stroll away from downtown, Sea World, and the Zoo - super convenient for exploring 😊.

The management are awesome. They recommended the golf course better to me so I played golf at Salt Creek Golf Club which is very challenging and the price is reasonable. Thanks for the recommendation.

I had a pleasant stay the first night, the staff were very friendly. The location is unbeatable near the Ocean. The room was spacious and newly decorated. The housekeeping is done to a very high standard daily. The climate control, multi-channel television, and microwave oven were perfect.

The price was very good and the location was good. We were a 12 minuet drive from down town San Diego and we didn't want to pay the price of a luxury hotel.

We loved the spacious rooms in this affordable hotel. The location was spot-on, with everything we needed right there at arm's reach. The food was excellent, and we really enjoyed it! 🍽️

Wi-fi didn't work, both chairs were broke and unusable. Only had three towels in the room, when we went to the front for more, they didn't have any clean ones, so no towels. Wouldn't recommend or stay again.

The food choices were great, and there were plenty of them available; the location was very convenient, being close to downtown, the beach towns to the north, as well as restaurants and shopping areas.

Appreciated our rooms with king bed. The service offered was good...

--typical Days Inn room. Nothing flashy, but gets the job done. --we were in town for a concert at the nearby Sleep Train Amphitheater in Chula Vista, and it was a quick and convenient ride to and from the venue.

--they did NOT have staff on-site after 9 PM. This was extremely inconvenient because the wireless did not work, and as a result there was no way to get this fixed during my stay. --Having no wireless access is inexcusable.

The hotel had a great and unbeatable location close to the beaches and the South Bay area of San Diego. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and provided good service. The rooms were gorgeous and neat with a king bed, and housekeeping was done to a very high standard daily.

Dirty room & Roach infested!

Pretty good value but that's because it's quite a way out of the city. Metro is a 20 min walk away so you can get to Gaslamp area within an hour. Staff were helpful and courteous and room was clean and comfortable.

Wi-fi was slow and water not hot at breakfast. Selection a bit limited but for the price I know not to expect more.
